Terry has over 23 years experience serving as the trusted tax and business advisor for a wide range of clients. His areas of practice have included manufacturing, construction, real estate investment and development, medical services, food services and franchise operations. He also provides litigation support services including expert witness testimony for various accounting related legal issues.
Terry graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1993. He then received his Masters of Accountancy with a concentration in taxation in 1994. After three years of full time employment, he became a partner with another local firm gaining over 23 years of experience prior to joining NBZ in 2015.
Terry is active at Central Baptist Church of Bearden currently serving on the financial committee. He is also the treasurer for The Lighthouse at Austin Homes, Inc. and serves on the audit committee for the Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachia. He is also a member of the AICPA and the TSCPA.
